Who are we?
CPBW (DongGuan) Intelligent & Automation Co., Ltd. (English abbreviation: CPBW) is an enterprise registered in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China in 2018. CPBW was founded base on the automation industrial software "CPBW FlexControl™System" with independent intellectual property rights; "CPBW FlexControl™System" is based on PCBCS mode and following IEC61499 standard, which is able to meet the software and core hardware demands of applications about DCS, PLC, SCADA, Machine Vision System, Motion Control System and Synthetic Edge Computing. Adhering to the concept and mentality of development and innovation, practicing the management of process, systematic, standardized and continuous innovation of business model, CPBW will continues to practice R&D, design, producing, testing and marketing of Intelligent Equipment & Software in relevant industry segments on the basis of continuous promotion and improvement of company technical strategy "CPBW FlexControl™ System", and strives to build an International Science & Technology Enterprise with the independent control of core technology, continuous leadership of core strategy and the mission guaranteed.

Who owns us?
CPBW is a Chinese private enterprise. The company has completed the first "Angel Investment" since the initial founding members held 100% of the shares, and the company has planned to arrange the company's core employees to gradually own part of the company's equity through partnership; For the time being, no government department or investment institution holds the equity of CPBW yet.
Who controls us?
General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest authority of Company, which makes decisions on major matters such as profit distribution, capital increase and election of Directors and Supervisors of Boards of Directors & Supervisors; The shareholders elect five directors to form Board of Directors (BOD) to exercise the decision-making power of the company's strategy and operation management, which is the highest responsible organization for the company's strategy, operation management and customer satisfaction; Senior Managers appointed by BOD form a management team, which is responsible for the management of the company's daily operation.
